Inspire won’t turn on

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My inspire hr has stopped working. I noticed yesterday that the screen wouldn’t light up when I tapped it or moved it toward myself to see the time. Then today while swimming it randomly stopped working all together.

I have tried restarting it by plugging in and holding button but nothing happens. It has been rinsed and the app says it is disconnected and can’t fit my fit bit.

Hi @Kelsey111, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I appreciate the time spent trying to get your Inspire HR back to life since it won't turn on.

I would like to know if your Inspire HR vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your Inspire HR for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.

Keep me posted on the outcome.

Hi, thanks for replying.

It doesn’t vibrate when plugged in. Went through all the steps then left it on change for longer than 30 minutes. When I checked it the device was really hot and still wouldn’t turn on. I looked underneath at the pins/sensor things and the two white sensors parts had condensation on them in the inside. Water must have got in when I went swimming. But I was only swimming, not even near diving 50m like it says.

I’m two months past the warranty so can’t return it for a new one. Really annoyed this was not swim prof like it said.
