Inspire won't vibrate when receiving messages

Messages do not make my inspire vibrate anymore! Help. Thank you 😊

Hi @GS13, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Inspire doesn't vibrate when receiving messages.

 

In order to fix this issue, please restart your Fitbit Inspire as described in this help article. After this, turn off the notifications feature and turn them back on. Finally, monitor your Fitbit device and see if it vibrates when receiving notifications properly.
