IMy fitbit inspire won't sync to my phone or tablet no matter how much I try or reopen app or redownload app. It says my device needs an update but neither my phone nor my tablet will do the updates all it does is says this will take 30 min and I wait and then it says it cannot find my device when its sitting right next to either device.

Hi @melindaam1982 this article is for trouble syncing - click to read. The app requires a minimum of Android 8 or iOS 13 to work properly. Pick one device to use to sync to and update, so turn the other one's bluetooth off while you try to get it done. Let us know what happens.

I'm having the same problem since Saturday lunchtime. My phone (Android) won't detect my Inspire HR at all

I recommend you to try the troubleshooting steps from the help article shared by @Odyssey13. Also, make sure that you have the latest version of the Fitbit app installed on your iOS or Android device.
