My daughters Inspire tracker is not working.
Yesterday the time was wrong and it wouldn't sync. The screen would intermittently stop working at all.
We unpaired it. Charged for hours.
The screen was on more consistently today however the date displayed yesterdays date.
Restarted it .
Deleted and reinstalled the app
Turned Bluetooth off and on again.
Removed the Inspire from remembered devices
After these steps, when trying to pair (to 3 different devices), the app kept saying "found it" and "connecting" but then eventually saying no bluetooth connection.
Finally I did a factory reset .
No the tracker screen is black and I can't wake it up to try pairing following the hard reset
