Inspire wristband comparability with Alta

Having purchased numerous styles of wristbands for the Alta HR I’m trying to find out if these are useable with the new Inspire HR before I take the plunge and buy one! The FAQs look like it’s a different connection but just want to check??

He is asking about the Alta wristband, not ACE.  Do Alta and ACE take the same band?  The Alta looks thinner than the Inspire, to me, I'd be surprised if that worked (not sure about the connection though).

The Inspire bands and the Alta bands can't be interchangeable. The Ace, Ace 2 and the Inspire can be swapped out.

It seems as if no one's really paying attention. Does the wristband for Alta HR fit the Inspire HR? Does the old fit the new? That would be very convenient since I also have a bunch of wristbands for my Alta HR but the heart rate is not working no matter what I try. So does the wristband for Alta HR fit Inspire HR? Just want to know if the wristbands are interchangeable for the Alta HR and the Inspire HR

Hi @Helping   The Alta bands will not work with the Inspire. The Inspire is a tad larger than the Alta series, so it doesn't use the Alta band. The answer is the same as above - they are not interchangeable.

I have the same question. I am having problems with my Alta. It seems the App won’t connect to it, so of course it won’t work. I rebooted and it worked for a week. Now the same things. I have a lot of bands. Kind of makes me mad. I might look at an Apple Watch instead.

But the Alta bands won’t fit the Apple Watch either 🤷🏻‍:female_sign: So why would you spend that much more of you were happy with the Alta and need to replace it get the Inspire for a third of the cost of an Apple Watch either way you’re going to need to buy new bands. At least with the Inspire you will have spent less and can afford more bands 🙂
