Inspire2 defective due to band connector disintegrating

My Inspire2 is about 1.5 year old, and now its not useable.  I have no idea how to contact FitBit to get a resolution as clearly the product was defective.

What happened is where the band attached to the fitbit, on the fitbit side, the connector that allows the band to attach securely is broken, not allowing a band to stay securely on. This was not caused by any excessive treatment on my part, or any cleaning solution..etc deteriorating the plastic, but rather it seems the plastics simply gave out. Now it is essentially useless, and this is very frustrating as it is sitting on the shelf.

Who can I reach out to at FitBit to get a resolution on this?

Hi @Sandy_Ottawa  if you're under warranty, get with support. Since you have the Inspire 2, you are able to use it with the optional clip.

here are the support contacts I've gleaned over the years on the forums.

when there is someone available, chat is an option. Phone or Twitter works well, too.
