Inspire2 has stopped alerting me of notifications

Hi. My inspire2 recently stopped alerting me to my notifications.  If I check on screen go to notifications I can see my text notifications but it does not alert me. Also I've deleted app. Re installed. Turn.blue tooth off. Shut phone etc nothing helps and now when I check Bluetooth settings on my flip5 it says an app is needed ? I have fitbit app. It syncs fine. Counts my steps but now doesn't do my 250 steps alerts or text notifications. I have checked all my settings.  All on etc. DND is not activated on inspire2..it is driving me insane. Was working up yo a week ago.

@TWNMUM A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message and pictures. 

I noticed that on the screenshots, that your phone is on silent mode ( vibration) .

This might be the cause that the messages are not being forwarded. 

Try turning the sound on your phone. ( You could turn the volume lower if you need to) .
