My Inspire 2 worked for 2 days and is now not responding to movement nor touch. Sometimes it responds when I hold the buttons. I have reset it, turned off phone, turned off bluetooth, etc. etc. What else can I do? Very disappointed in this product.

Also, the light is very dim on the watch face. I cannot access Quick Settings to remedy this.
