My inspire 2 keeps flashing everytime I flex my wrist. Especially annoying at night. It’s not tight on my arm how can I stop this. Thanks in advance

Turn off "Screen Wake" in Quick Settings if you don't want it to turn on with wrist turn.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

That is exactly what "Sleep Mode" is for.  You can turn it on at night and back off in the morning in Quick Settings, or in full Settings you can set a schedule to do it automatically at set times.

I understand that part thanks but it does it constantly during the day as well. Any suggestions? Appreciate your quick response 😊
