Was wondering if anyone knew what the stars next to a sleep cycle meant. My guess is since the two starred are the same day, that it has something to do with falling asleep earlier than my scheduled time then being awake too long before drifting off again but it’s a bit confusing since the times overlap.

Wanted to add a screen shot i took but can’t figure out how to add/insert a photo?

It's great to see that you're tracking your sleep with your Inspire HR. I'd like to help you with your inquiry. Would you mind trying to add the screenshot again? You can use these instructions.

I'll be waiting for your reply.

Glad to see someone else had a "mini" night of sleep recently.  Wondered if FB was updating or something to register such a short time of sleep.

The stars just mean you reached your "amount of sleep" target on that particular day - 7 hours in your case, going by the bar chart.

I think that was actually just a nap I took in the early afternoon...I went hard this weekend 🙃
