InspireHR Sleep Settings not possible

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Fitbit App doesn't allow to confirm the Sleep Settings. The only options are "Entfernen" (delete) and "Abbrechen" (quit). It has been like this right from the very start. What can I do?

Thanks for any help.:-)

Hello @Violet22

Is it possible that you have the DND (do not disturb) mode enabled? Just in case that’s the issue you can't turn on do not disturb and sleep mode at the same time. Try turning off the DND mode then proceed to settings your sleep. If that is not the case try restarting your Inspire HR to see if that fixes the problem. Look here to see how it’s properly done: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm You will NOT lose any data doing a restart.
😃 Please let me know if this did indeed answer your question. Keep me posted

Hello again @Violet22

I just wanted to check back in with you to see if your sleep settings are working properly now. 😃 Let me know how it’s going

Hi, unfortunately it doesn`t work. DND mode was not enabled and restarting didn't fix it.

I think it is a software bug. What I want is to set the time when I geht up in the morning, for fitbit reminds me when to get to sleep in the evening. But there is no "save" button, just "Entfernen/delete" and "Abbrechen/cancel". Spoiler alert: None of them works as to save...

The screen has been like this right from the start when I first got my fitbit. I did an update last year, I think. Now I don't know what to try next. It would be so great if you could help me with this!

Hello @Violet22 and welcome to the Community.  I am reading your post different from @SunsetRunner.   I see an issue with your Sleep settings in the Fitbit app.  This has nothing to do with your device or alarms.

Users do report bugs in some versions of the app that aren't in English.  Can you set your wake up time if you temporarily set your location to the US and change your app to English?  This is wild guess and I don't know if it will work.

Hi @LZee , thank you for your advice. I'm afraid I can't change the language... I changed the location to the US, but I cannot find the language settings.

Update: I did it halfway! I learned that the language setting depends on the language settings of the phone, so I got that.

At the sleep settings I can now see 3 options: remove - cancel - OK. Funny thing: Whatever time I choose, Fitbit adds 2 more hours! When I choose 6AM for wake-up time, Fitbit immediately saves 8AM! Strange. So I decided on 4AM to get 6AM in the end. But when watching my sleep chart it does NOT add 2 hours, so wake-up time is 4AM as I chose in the settings...

Anyway, this is big progress from where I startet, so thank you so much for your wild guess!!
