InspireHR deleted my active minutes

InspireHR showed 42 active minutes earlier today and now shows 0 active minutes ... the issue is on the device and in the app. When I login to the web it shows minutes walked but not as “active” even though the device alerted me when I hit the goal earlier in the day.


Very frustrating.

Earlier today my InspireHR showed 42 active minutes and now it shows 0 active minutes. What is wrong with it???
