I bought my Inspire HR last Christmas and about 6 weeks ago it started malfunctioning. The display goes black. When it is working it stops counting my steps if I check it. I reached out to Fitbit before about this problem and they suggested I reset my Inspire by holding down the button on the side. The first time it happened the reset worked. The display went black again today 02/29/20 but the reset is not working. Then Fitbit said to switch my dominant hand setting and see if that helped it calculate my steps. Not sure how that's going to help if my Fitbit is not counting my steps to begin with. Can @Fitbit help me, what should I do?
