My InspireHR shows the exclamation mark when low battery but doesn't charge when connected to its charger. Tried a couple of chargers but same thing. I attach, unattach and repeat dozens of times with occasional success and the resulting % charging image. Coming to the end of its lifespan??

That article is no use to me. It has become increasingly more difficult to get the device to see the charger and today I cannot get it to respond to the charger at all.

My Inspire HR is doing something similar. The charger is fine but I have to keep moving the Fitbit sensors to get it to charge. Strangely it only started after an update.
I upgraded to the Versa 4 for a few days but that was a terrible watch which has now been returned.

@JDHav @Red1993 Thank you for your messages and further information.
If you need to move the tracker in the charging cable to start charging, mostly it means that the contacts on the tracker are not aligned with the ones on the charging cable or that there is a loose contact.
Have you verified that the contacts on the Inspire HR and charging cable are not damaged or dirty.
Try cleaning them with a clean dry q-tip.
If the situation persists, please contact our Support team, so that they get a closer look at your cases.

My inspire HR was very cranky to charge and I tried several chargers, in the wall and on my computer. I wiped the back with an alcohol swab (and did the same to the charger). This time, though, I had a toothpick nearby and used it to poke the swab to the charging contacts and really get in there. The swab came back with a black spot on it. I did this to the other ports on the back, which also came back black. To my joy, when I put it on my charger, it started charging! I'm hoping this trick will let me get a couple more months out of it (bought mine March 2019).
Hope this helps!
