I hope this message finds the right department!
I am writing to Fitbit Corporate to tell my *happy* story!
I wear by Fibit faithfully, and on February 20th, 2022, I lost it. I was in my back yard, playing fetch with my puppy in waist deep snow. I searched everywhere that I could think of for my Fitbit, as I wasn't sure where exactly I lost it. I looked everywhere; in my house, in my back yard, at my parent's house, at work, in the car - everywhere! I was disappointed that I couldn't find it. I had myself conviced that it was in the snow in my back yard and hoped I would find it one day when the snow melted. In the spring, when the snow melted, I searched in my backyard every day when I would take my dog out for a run. The strap on it was a burgundy Fitbit brand strap, so I knew it would be tricky to find in the dark green grass. I was hopefully that I would find it, even though I was not very optimistic that it would still work when I did. On May 7th, 2022 I took my dog in the back yard, like every other day. When he went out, he was circling in one spot and persistently sniffing there. I thought he was sniffing out a rodent or something else. I kept trying to get him to come to me and he wouldn't. I finally went over to where he was, and to my overwhelming suprise, I FOUND MY FITBIT.. well he did! I was completely shocked! I was so happy that it was found! When I looked it all over, I tapped on the screen and to my complete suprise, it lit up! I was in complete disbelief! The Fitbit had more than 30% battery left! I was shocked! I thought, this must be a complete fluke. When I plugged it in, I let it fully charge and was certain that it wouldn't work. Once again, I was supprised that it held charge and it has been working perfectly ever since.
I just wanted to take the time to share my *happy* story as I'm sure not all of the reviews are good ones!
I wasn't exactly sure where submit this story to the company, so I thought I would try sharing it on here, in hopes that someone in the Corporate department sees this. If there is someone I should reach out to directly, please let me know and I will gladly share my story again.
