Inspirre 2 screen went black

The screen of my Inspire2 went black. On advice of the internet I started it up again, no result. I connected it to the uploader on my desktop, no result.

What do I do now? I bought it on September 9th 2021 through bol.com.

Fitbit used to have email support, but they dont do that anymore and referred me to this website.
