Installed firmware and now Inspire won't chargee

I have tried multiple plugs, but this tracks back directly to the firmware update. It won't recognize the charger. Anyone find a fix for this?

Hi @Thatgaljill Have you tried restarting the device? If not, do it several times and then see if it will charge

Hi @Thatgaljill, welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the charging issues that your Fitbit Inspire has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

In addition to the restart process that my friend @NellyG shared, I'd like to know if your Inspire vibrates when you put it on the charger. Also, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your Fitbit device for 2-3 hours and see if it gets charged.

Keep me posted on the outcome.

Yes it vibrates, but it also sends a message that it's not charging. I
managed to play with it enough to get it to charge, but it was many days of
frustration to get to that point.

Also, I really don't like the updated interface. It's very small and
overall just meh.
