When in Europe will I need a converter to charge my Inspire 2 or will my iPhone charger  with an adapter be okay?

Fitbit provides a wire that connects to any.USB charger or USB port. You simply plug this wire into anyplace that you would plug your phone into. You can possibly use the tv in a motel room. 

Your wall block is designed to work with any voltage ( you might need an adapter) or buy/borriw something when you get to your destination.
