The best way to interval time your run on the inspire hr is to go to
exercise -> timer -> tracking -> set interval -> run.
However I'm not sure whether this method will monitor my heart rate via my hr device or not.
Tested it with a brief walk and it said not enough data to monitor heart rate.
Is there anyway to set voice interval cues to come on automatically when I set run exercise in my hr device ?
Or do I need to set my run in fitbit premium online app if I want voice cues ?
Any fitbit aficionados out there know ?

Hi, @dbee01 the Inspire HR can’t give you voice cues, so the only way to get them is to start your activity in your app.
If a vibration cue is enough for you if you are doing interval training you can use the exercise shortcuts on the device. Make sure “interval workout” is one of your options for exercise. The device will vibrate to alert you to change between rest/slow down and run/speed up. The device will monitor your heartrate and when you sync you will be able to see your stats for the workout/ run.
If you got a message about not enough data that could happen because for some reason your Fitbit was not able to read your heartrate at the time, not because this isn’t available during interval workouts. Just make sure heartrate is turned on and your Fitbit is snug on your wrist without being tight.
I hope this helps! Please post again if you have further questions.
