I really like the audio cues that give me distance, pace etc during a walk/run (using the phone app to track my workout), but I also like having the heart rate graphs etc in the workout summary that I get if I use the exercise app via my Inspire HR tracker. Is there any way to get both without doubling up on logging the workout by doing both (or using a different app to get the audio cues)?
thanks, Helen

@SunsetRunner Welcome to the Community. Sorry for the delayed reply.
I'll be happy to clarify your question about splits and heart rate information. When you're tracking an activity with interval workout, it should show you heart rate information and the intervals that you previously set. I would like you to make sure you're doing this procedure to track your interval workout.
Could you provide me with a screenshot of the data you're getting when you track a workout using interval workout?
I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

@SilviaFitbit Thanks for your response. It’s not so much about interval workouts.
so for example, the Run and Walk shown In the first picture below were started from the tracker and have heart rate data attached, but I do not get audio cues telling me distance, time, pace etc whilst I’m doing the exercise which I really like so that I can keep track of how I’m going in the moment. I know it shows on the device, but it’s too hard to look at and navigate the screen when I’m running. Audio cues are set up in the app for walk and run exercise short cuts.
the walk in the second picture was started via the app. For this one I got the audio cues, but as you can see, no heart rate data is attached to the summary.

actually, having a voice cue for the end of each interval during an interval work out (even just saying “move” or “rest”) would be awesome...I don’t always feel the vibration for the end of an interval when I’m working hard!

@SunsetRunner Thanks for getting back. I appreciate the screenshots shared.
When you're tracking an exercise with Ionic, this will give you cues but it won't give you audio cues. On the other side, when you're tracking an activity with your phone, please make sure you're using Connected GPS because this way, it will merge your tracker's data and the app data, in order to show you heart rate data.
As a side note, I've checked our Feature Suggestion board and I noticed that this has been posted here. However, the status is not currently planned, please check the official reply from Fitbit there.
I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

Hi Helen -
Thank you for describing this issue so clearly - I have exactly the same problem and am curious whether you found a solution - do you use your tracker or your phone when you're out for a walk/run? I don't find the tracker easy to use when I'm running, would rather use my phone...
All the best,
Jane

I also have this problem and don't understand how so few people complain about this. Tracking the exercise with my versa 3 won't get me audio cues (ok, I'm cool with that), and tracking the exercise with the app on my phone, I end up missing a lot of info, like my heart rate. How is it possible that the app doesn't sync this info with the tracker, in the end of the exercise? I can't for the life of me understand why this is not done.
