Is the spo2 the same as heart rate sensor? Did Fitbit get rid of the red light and replace it with only green lights on the inspire 2?

@ahawkua   According to the Feature and Specs, the Inspire 2 doesn't measure SpO2.  You need to scroll down the page to get to the full Features and Specs.

I noticed that you asked about the SpO2 light source in other posts. looking for documentation.  Here is an article from the Fitbit Blog.  It uses ordinary light, not lasers.  The light comes from LEDs.
