doctor asked me to share record of measured heartrates over a period of time…  (past and future)… is it possible to download in some kind of file? thank you

Absolutely. 🙂  You can export up to 31 days of your recent Fitbit data, or an archive of your Fitbit data for the lifetime of your account. For more information, see How do I export my Fitbit account data?
