Is there a way to restore data on my Inspire?

My data was accidentally cleared from my Inspire.  Is there anyway to get it back?

Thanks for sharing your question here. At this moment, we don't have an option to restore your data once it has been cleared by using the option "Clear User Data". In that case you need to follow the set up process again and start from scratch.

I recommend Fitbit to change the functionality where an user can easily erase data by accessing the 'Settings' feature on their Fitbit Inspire & holding it for 3 secs. That's wrong design!!!

Somehow my Inspire HR has the Clear User Data on the screen but I don't want to clear it. How do I get rid of that message without actually deleting the data?

Lol @JimLM use the back button to get off that screen (I do understand your reluctance to do the wrong thing!). Hope you have managed to get off that screen by now.

I accidently just did this too trying to figure out how to make my watch buzz with reminders to move. This is the STUPIDEST FEATURE! I do not care why someone might want to do this, it should be more difficult to do and need to be done from the app or from a computer WHERE THEY CAN PUT WORDS THAT TELL YOU WHAT EXACTLY IT IS DOING!? Get it together, fitbit, we are all tracking our every move because we want the data! Super, super stupid feature. I am sure there is something much more useful you could put in that watch space, so hurry up and do it.

Clear User Data.  Boo!!!  Bad idea. I accidently went there, unfortunately. At least have an "are you sure" confirmation.

I have done the same just playing around with the device. Now it won't sync. I have tried to set it up again but when I click on the inspire hr it says its already set up and there is no option to do anything else. Now what?

Hi @BAMGIRL Have you tried restarting both your Inspire and you phone? If not give that a try and then see if it will sync. If you still have problems then try THIS Help Article on Syncing problems.
