Is there anyway to track a workout instead...

Is there any way to track a workout without logging it? So like you would if you were walking? 

I’ve been playing ring fit adventure and yes it tracks any steps and my HR but would like to see it as an activity.

It is preferred to track exercise live, rather than logging it after the fact.  Manually logging exercise is meant for times when you were not wearing your fitbit.

 

To use the Exercise App on the Inspire HR, from clock face, scroll up (swipe down) to Exercise; tap that; then scroll up and down to get to the workout type you want; tap that then start, or scroll up and down to set various workout parameters before starting.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
