Hi,
My Fitbit was working fine until Wednesday in syncing my steps (and therefore calorie adjustments) onto MyFitnessPal. It's stopped doing this over the last two days. I've been on the MFP site and I'm not sure if this is an issue on their side.
I've already tried to de-link and re-link between the two apps, but it's not changed anything. Any help is greatly appreciated!
Thanks

Mine stopped syncing Thursday afternoon. I’ve also tried disconnecting and reconnecting, removing and reinstalling both apps and even switching my phone on and off.
all to no avail.

It is an issue with MFP... I have been on the phone with Fitbit on and off all day... and cannot call MFP... just bombard them with emails.

I am having the same issue. This seems to have been happening since the last update. I have completely removed both MyFitnessPal and Fitbit from my Samsung Galaxy S10+/Android, rebooted the phone, and reinstalled only to find that the problem remains.
I'm out of solutions.
I tried this one I've seen elsewhere:
"If your Fitbit account is not syncing with your MFP account, re-link the two accounts by doing the following:
1. Sign into your Fitbit dashboard.
2. Click the gear icon in the upper right corner and select "Settings" from the drop-down menu.
3. On the left side of your screen click "Applications."
4. Under MyFitnessPal, click "Revoke Access."
5. You can then re-link the two accounts by going to http://www.fitbit.com/apps/myfitnesspal.
After relinking, you can verify that your accounts are syncing by using one of the following data points:
1. On Fitbit you can check for your meal summary and logged activities from MFP.
2. On MyFitnessPal, go to "My Home," then "Check-In." You should see your weight, Fitbit Steps, and Fitbit Sleep Minutes."
It doesn't work.
Fitbit folks...please fix.

It’s a MFP issue... they added a noticed on their suit that it we’ll be an issue all weekend and into next week.

Hello,
Our team performed scheduled maintenance the evening of June 25th, on one of our databases that affects step tracking. This maintenance is to aid in fixing the issues described here and will last through the weekend and into next week. During this time, members may experience an interruption in the syncing of tracked steps from your partner app, or between our site & our apps. This will affect the tracking of steps from all of our step partners, most significantly impacting Fitbit.
We will continue to update this article as more information becomes available. Please check back for further updates.
Best,
MyFitnessPal Staff

Well...it's doing something at least.
Now, the MFP app is stating I took in 224 calories as a result of walking 334 steps and subtracting them from my daily caloric intake.
It's all jacked up.
