Issues with birthdays showing up but not my other stuff

I have no clue why but random birthday reminders show up on my inspire.  How do I stop this?  I think I’ve only given it permission to sync with my FitnessPal app but that doesn’t have birthday info in it.  Help - it is annoying the crap out of me! 🙂

Hi @KKGlass - Check your notifications. Have you allowed calendar notification? Maybe the birthday notifications are coming from your calendar?

Thank you but I'm so not tuned in that i don't even know how to get to my notifications to check to see if that is the problem.  Can you assist?

Happy to help, @KKGlass .

  • Open the Fitbit app on your phone.
  • Tap Account (top, left corner), the Inspire.
  • On that screen, you should see Notifications. Tap it to see which notifications are active.
