Issues with my inspire 2; black screen and can't pair with app

Few days ago my screen went blank on my inspire 2. Couldn't do anything. It was still syncing .my steps on the Fitbit app so it is powered up. It vibrates when I touch the sides, but the screen is just black. I have tried re starting it several times but nothing happens after the smiley face appears. I also tried changing the clock face as some posts suggested that but no luck. Now I have also managed to delete it from my app and can't sync it again as can't see the 4 digit code that is supposed to be displaying on the tracker to pair it with my phone. It is under a year old so gutted if it's died on me 😞 any help out here?

Hi @Ninafa Oh that is sad. The good news is that is should still be covered by warranty. Contact Fitbit Support
