Just bought an Inspire HR and can't get it to restart

Just bought an Inspire HR tonight.  I started to add this Fitbit to my wife's account and it seemed to start the process.  When I plugged it in, it had the smiley face and was at 42% battery strength.  It took about 40 minutes to update the watch and let me know it was ready to start.  Upon trying to add the devise, it took a couple of my answers but wouldn't go any farther.  I can't get the watch to turn on and the restart instructions aren't effective.  Customer Service is closed until the morning.  Any ideas?
