Since about 5 hours the Fitbit wrist band showing no screen although it registers all data and can be read on phone .. pressing push button failed to show screen status.. what possibly has gone wrong and what needs to be done..

Dear All
I suffered black screen on Inspire device about 11am.
after 8-9 hours, I took extreme measures and took off the strap by manipulating the pin connector and started using brush to clean off any dust rubbing vigorously ..
And voila within no time my screen lit up
Now which hidden vibes got generated to light the LED display I do not know
