Latest Firmware Update is taking too much time, it is showing at least 30 minutes... But i kept both phone and device idle in charging condition, but still it is showing only 5% updated

Firmware updates do take time, which is why it's best to do them when you're not going to be busy for a while.  Also try doing them at off-peak times, that may speed things up a bit.  Apart from that, there's not much you can really do to speed up the update.
