How can I add Tai Chi for arthritis to my work out? I have the versa2 inspire. I have a galaxy Ao2s phone . Please help

For starters, there is no versa2 inspire.  Versa and Inspire are 2 different product lines.

Choose from Versa, Versa Lite, Versa 2, Versa 3, Inspire, Inspire HR, or Inspire 2.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
