Lilac Inspire HR not showing correct color scheme

Hi there, I just got my Inspire HR in Lilac but for some reason the color scheme on the display is black and white instead of the lilac shown in commercials. Does anyone know why that is and how I can fix it?

I am having the same problem.  it was fine, then after the 30 minute update, the color changed.  I called last night and was told it was because of the clock face.  I also can't get text notifications.

Hi Susan, good to see I'm not alone. Interesting to know - did the problem fix itself when you changed the clock face? It didn't work for me..

I just got my Fitbit I did the update and have the same problem, and changing the face is not returning the colour to it .

Same problem here. I will return watch if problem isn't fixed.

If you tilt it at an angle it will show as lilac, and I deleted an
reinsta;led the app and I have notifications.
