Line is only showing in Inspire. Nothing I do takes it off. It's fully charged.

Hi @Bustamyi, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Inspire. In order to avoid any misunderstanding on my end, I'd like to know if your Inspire is showing a line on the display only or if it displays a message that says "Line Only. This will help me in order to provide the correct assistance.

its a solis line.  I have tried everything  I possibly  could read.  Now the line disappears briefly and then reappears for the rest of the time.
