Line is only showing in Inspire. Nothing I do takes it off. It's fully charged.

In order to avoid any misunderstanding on my end, I'd like to know if your Inspire is showing a line on the display only or if it displays a message that says "Line Only. This will help me in order to provide the correct assistance.

its a solis line. I have tried everything I possibly could read. Now the line disappears briefly and then reappears for the rest of the time.
