Looking for Samsung Galaxy J7 Perx compatibility.

I recently bought an inspire, and apparently the only phone in the Galaxy J7 family NOT compatible is the Perx. Does anyone have an idea of which Fitbit will work?

Gernerally if a Fitbit doesnt work with a phone, then none of the others will either. With one possibilty of exception - the older trackers with the old Operating System are more forgiving of unsupported phones and one of them may work, but unfortunately there are not many of them still available. Any of the new OS trackes (Ionic, Versa series, Charge 3, Inspire series) and not likely to work.
