Lost Inspire due to wristband

I have lost my Fitbit due to the wristband not being secure enough.  Who the hell designs them?  I noticed a few times if it caught the end of the strap on something, like when doing daily chores like shopping, cleaning or whatever, it became dislodged but those times I was lucky and spotted it.  I bought it last year in lockdown to keep me fit from John Lewis for £69.  Not cheap in my view, and the least they could have done is made a wristband that secured properly with a band across to keep it safe.  Has anyone else found them to be an issue? Is there a proper complaint form?  Also hate companies that don't provide an e-mail address to raise issue with.

They don't have email support, so that link is what we have. You could check with your credit card or Paypal account used to purchase the Fitbit. Sometimes they have a warranty on it you're not aware of.
