My Fitbit has lost active minutes today. This has happened before. It recorded 22mins this morning and a couple hours later it had dropped to 17mins. When it happened before, it went to zero. Does anyone else have this problem and is there something I can do to fix it?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared, seems odd that your Inspire HR is loosing your active minutes. If you haven't already done so, I suggest you to restart your device following the steps that are specified on: How do I restart my Fitbit device? and let me know if the issue persists.
