Hi,
I tried syncing my fitbit couple of days back, only to end up losing all the data for last 2 months. The communities I was part of, does not show up either. The data is not showing up on the phone nor on my fitbit profile over the internet.
Would anyone be knowing the reason for this?

The simplest explanation would be if you accidentally used a different account. Make sure you are using the same email/account as you were previously.

Thank you for that JohnnyRow, but I have been using the same email id since the beginning. I just had a chat conversation with a Fitbit Executive and was told that this issue is being faced by many users. And that they are working to fix it soon. Cant do much about it but wait. 🙂
