Could someone help me, please ?

The band on my fitbit was not staying  with the latch and so it fell off of my wrist without knowing. Is there anyway that I can get a new one, free of charge ? I have tried tracking it down, however, that has not been successful. It was a gift and I would really like to have one asap.

How long have you had it, @yasze123 ?  Please try contacting Support. They will be able to tell you what options you may have.
