I recently updated my Inspire HR and now there is no low battery warning (exclamation mark) directly on the Fitbit device.  Would be great to have it back.  Can someone please please help?  Thx

Hi @DJS16, welcome to the Community Forums!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared. To fix this uncommon situation, please restart your Inspire HR following the next steps:

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Connect your device to the charging cable. For instructions, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
  3. Press and hold the button or buttons on your tracker for 5 seconds.
  4. Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.

Let me know if the issue persists.

Hello RicardoFitbit,

Thank you for your reply.

I have been following your instructions, however on several attempts no smile icon appeared.
Recently, I tried the same approach but held the button for a longer period of time (approx 20 sec) and I was greeted with the smile icon.

I am now eagerly awaiting the full screen low battery warning at 18%.

I will keep you informed.

I appreciate you assistance,

DJS S
