Low battery message/email while battery life is okay

Why do I keep getting a low battery message when my battery is not low?  It was at 65% the first time and now  at 48%.

Same problem with Fitbit Inspire. I get almost daily email messages telling me my battery is low when it isn't.

Just received a low battery email at around 15%, which is great. Looks like it’s been fixed. Thanks Fitbit.
