Hey @FitbitCommunity thanks for sharing this information, that's really helpful! I love the variety of wristbands for this models. 👍 I like specially print and leather bands. Regarding workouts, I like the automatic swimming option. I think this gives something extra to my Inspire.

At this moment, we don't have a way to edit the options you can see on your Inspire HR. I was making some research and was able to find these two specific features that you're requesting. Thanks for posting your comments.
You can learn more about how Fitbit decides what suggestions get released in our FAQs. For anything else you would like to see implemented in this feature for the future, consider visiting our Feature Suggestions board. Look under the label "Inspire" for existing ideas that might match your own and vote!

@YojanaFitbit Thank you for the links to posts on which I have been commenting for almost a year (read: since the inspire was released). I’ve found that FitBit, while it “seems” to encourage discussion on the topics, it shows no real consideration on implementing these suggestions.

It would be totally awesome if you could provide the width dimensions of each wristband on your web site. That would certainly help those of us who might wish to shop online for a new band. The band that came with my Inspire HR was a little too wide for my tastes, so I found a 3rd party band that was narrower. If I had seen the width dimension of each of your bands on your site, I might have purchased one of your bands instead of the 3rd party band.

Honestly, my Inspire HR Has little use more than being a paper weight at this point. It was purchased late last summer. Initially I loved it. I cared for it properly, cleaned it charged it, I was careful not to bash it about and I wore it religiously. At 6 months, it stopped sensing my sleep, at 7 months it stopped reading my heart beat (the green lights on back have gone out), now at only 8 months of wearing it will no longer hold a charge for less than a half day. I have tried literally EVERYTHING I can find in the instructions and forums, I have spoken to customer service. Now I’m angry, disappointed and frustrated. I’ve had Walmart watches last 10 times better than this one even after being worn by a toddler!

Hi, I received my new inspire a few days ago but haven’t been able to set it up. I followed instructions on the app but it continually says searching and won’t find it. I have an iPhone 11, Bluetooth is on. I’ve tried turning Bluetooth off and on, turning the phone off and on, reinstalling app but nothing seems to work. I’m in wifi. Please help! I’d love to be able to use it but this is very frustrating. When I press the button on the inspire it just has Fitbit.com/setup scrolling on the screen.

Same here. Just got this for a longevity award from my employer . Fully charged, but just shows setup screen. Tried with both my phone and computer to no avail.Would sure like to say good things about it, but can't so far.

Sync your tracker with your phone device. The tracker will pick up the correct time. Good luck!

My options to add a device were only "wireless", such as the Ace. I had no option to add an Inspire. What would you suggest now? Thank you.

I have tried multiple times to set up my Inspire HR. For whatever reason, my the Bluetooth on my phone, which is all updated with the latest everything, does not see the tracker. I have tried to go to the website it says on the tracker, but all I get is a 404 error code. Am I missing something?I have tried restarting the tracker itself, as well as my phone. Do I have to uninstall and reinstall the app?? What am I missing?

Will they not replace it via warranty? Mine is 1 day old, and from what I'm hearing and experiencing, if not solved by day 14, returning to Walmart.

(877) 623-4997 call customer service. They replaced mine twice. Or shall I say I was able to replace my Inspire HR or get 50% discount on any other fitbit..don't wait that long..always call..hope you have some time left.

(877) 623-4997 call for customer service. They are great. Install the app turn on your Bluetooth on your mobile phone. Put your watch on the charger. Select set up NEW devise on the Fitbit APP. Now, on the watch while it's on the charger. Press and hold the button while displaying the time a little number pop's up. Then it's paired. On the APP pick your exercise activities and delete or reorder the exercises. I like walk, yoga, workout, elliptical and Pilates. Enjoy

PS I use workout when I cleaning the garage or raking leaves. Then On the dashboard I change. The name of my exercise...( Like dancing 💃)edit it with THE little pencil then save Or update..
