I managed to sync finally after plugging my device to the charger. But it affected my sleep tracking because no details are shown. No REM, no details at all. Just basic sleep info. Why?? What happened?? This affects a programme I’m on which requires me to track my sleep patterns in detail. Will this be fixed and info restored when I sync again? To add on I’m using iOS 12.5.1 and not iOS 13.5

hi I just wanted to give an update on this matter. It resolved after I did a reset. But now I am having a new set of problems which is battery related as it charges funny the other day and now the charge seems to only last me 24 hours. I am monitoring this and will see if it improves after I clean up the contact points with my alcohol based sanitiser. I noticed this started to happen quite recently in the past week or so. I am unsure if it is related to software update but my fitbit used to last me at least 3-5 days between charges. So this is very strange and it is now 1 year and 7 months old.

Mine is exactly the same for a week now and I can’t reset it I have reloaded the app but no change have you fixed it??

Hi are you saying your sleep tracking is like mine and for a whole week? Or were you referring to general sync issues?
Hi @Fitbit we really need you to fix this issue with the sleep tracking. I bought this specifically for your sleep tracking. My older Fitbit still works and I paid money to buy this ONLY BECAUSE of your detailed Sleep tracking!

Yes I have no sleep information for 7 days just the bare minimum and I am a premium member, so I should be getting the full reading also now I have noticed I also don't have any BPM readings for the last week and I can not reset my fitbit either! I don't have a clue what to do. I have just checked my IOS and I am using 12.4.7 which my phone tells me is the latest version.

Hi, I am having the same issue.so I reloaded the app but still no sleep details just hours. Like many I bought this because I am supposed to be tracking rem and deep sleep averages! We are probably not the only ones. I am in NZ and wondered if weather or crowded fibre capabilities might affect??

I have had endless problems with mine I have had it just over a year now and I can never resolve the issues, first it stopped syncing my text messages from my phone then it stopped reading my current BPM it will only show a daily reading and now even that has stopped, now i have no sleep readings either. I will never buy another fitbit!!! I am in Italy but I don't think location has anything to do with it. Heavens knows why I can't reset it. Maybe I should let the battery go totally flat and see if that resets it, it is fully charged at the moment. If our shops weren't closed I would go and buy a different device I'm fed up with fitbit!

Same in the United States . No sleep detail. Uninstalling and reinstalling does not help
