I went for a run, and just as I finished my Fitbit died.
After I charged and synced it, all of the biometric data has saved, and if I try to log an activity at the time of the run, it seems to remember it, autocorrecting the start time and distance.
However after a few seconds it disappears.

To be clear, when I say finished, I mean I pressed the button once to pause it, and again to get to the FINISH button with the two flags icon, and that's when it died. Usually you tap the FINISH button, and then you get a summary of the workout. Wasn't able to do that.

Hi @Moxanity. So sorry that your Fitbit died. Sadly, it died just seconds before the last step to save your data. There is some type of DONE button just below the summary stats on the screen. Tapping that DONE button completes the steps in the code to save that run.
I don't know why you can't add it. Do you use an Android or iPhone? You might want to browse the appropriate app forum to see if others are having an issue manually logging an activity.
