For the last two days, my manually entered workouts have been screwy. Initially, it’ll say 0 calories burned and that there’s not enough data. So it won’t show steps and heart rate or anything. Just the name of the workout and number of mins. Sometime later, the calories will show but that’s it. Additionally, the active minutes from those manually entered workouts have carried over to the best day inaccurately for the last three days. This is throwing off my time. I tried logging out and back in, rebooting, and closing out of the app and reopening and as well as syncing. Not sure what else to do. I have a Fitbit Inspire HR.

Correction: those minutes carry over to the next day. Not the best day.

Send an official email. We’ve been having this problem for a couple days and it seems like they aren’t admitting there’s a glitch that needs fixing. My Fitbit chat helper yesterday basically told me to just stop trying to do it that way. Which is ridiculous since it’s a function in the app!

Geesh. I need to do it that way or it doesn’t accurately record. Some things like yoga don’t even register as a workout. I prefer manual entry.

This has been happening to me since Sunday 2/23/20. Mine has also been tracking me having a lot of steps while I’m sleeping too. I’ve tried resetting and closing app logging out. Everything support has told me to do. Still no luck.. I have inspire HR.

We'd like to let you know that we're currently experiencing this situation but our team is working to identify a resolution. In the meantime, we'd like to suggest keep an eye in the Apple store for Fitbit app updates and firmware updates at the Fitbit App.
