Hello! I've had a few ups and downs with syncing my fairly new Inspire HR to Strava. Finally thought we had cracked it, but I used the exercise function the other day and while it logged the distance and time etc, it didn't seem to record the map. Today (before my run) I tested it by starting an exercise session for about 3 seconds, and my Fitbit recorded everything, including the map (and my walk across the kitchen promptly appeared on Strava!). When I recorded my run a little while later, I got home and found that, once again, it had recorded distance/time/heart rate but no map. Any ideas why this is so inconsistent? It's annoying as I want to find a way to use the Fitbit alone to record all my run data without having to always take my phone, but can't rely on it yet! Thank you in advance.

@becky_jo It's good that the community is growing! Sorry for the delay in my reply.
Let me help you with your maps not showing for your activities. Your Inspire HR doesn't have a GPS chip so you will need to have your phone nearby to record this information. The feature is called Connected GPS and you can check how it works here so you can get this information. Strava will only sync GPS activities from your Fitbit account as you can read directly from the Strava support page here.
Let me know how it goes.
