Mate40 Pro+ (Huawei) smartphone not compatible with Inspire 2 no sync only device not found. Have older inspire which is compatible with the same smartphone. The only difference between the inspire and inspire 2 must be the way they access Bluetooth connectivity. Tried changing every possible setting on the phone as well as the inspire 2 while contacting the Fitbit the support group and nothing works. However, everything works with the old inspire device.

Hi @MikeLawL - yes, you are correct. There are bluetooth issues between Huawei products and Fitbit. There are some tips here on the compatibility page. They do not address your model specifically, but maybe something will help. Wish I had more to offer.
