Last night I took a "nap" at 6 pm. But I ended up sleeping soundly, with dreams, for nearly 4 hours. There was no record of this on my Inspire 2. Later, I went to bed "for the night" at 12:30 a.m. & slept till 7 a.m. today. In reality, I got about 9 hours sleep, total. But only the "longer period" recorded. How can I merge a 4-hr "nap" with my "regular nighttime sleep"? I thought anything over 3 hrs is supposed to record on my Fit Bit.😟🛌💤

@agirlCharlie Please take a look at your sleep data from yesterday. Do you have that 4 hour nap added on to yesterday? Based on what you wrote, you were awake from about 10 pm to 12:30 am. If I doze off in the evening, wake up and quickly go to bed, I get one sleep period. But yours is over 2 1/2 hours. Other users with a long break like that get their sleep broken into two sleep periods.

@agirlCharlie I don't know why your Inspire 2 missed that four hours. Your Fitbit stores detailed data for seven days. You might be able to capture all the data if you edit the existing sleep data. Tap on your Sleep tile, then choose the sleep record you have. Tap on the three dots in the upper right. There is an Edit Log option. I am an iOS user and have date options in the start and stop.
While I wrote that Fitbit stores detailed data, sometimes weird stuff happens when you edit your sleep. Once my Fitbit missed some of my sleep. When I edited it, my sleep stages became sleep patterns.
