Messages no longer appearing on Inspire HR

When I first got my inspire hr all my text messages, messenger messages and WhatsApp messages came through on my fitbit. Now my texts and iMessages no longer come through.

i notice also that the screen has lost sensitivity to the touchscreen and I often can’t change the screen or scroll through the options.

any ideas how I can fix these things?

Let me help you with your Inspire HR not getting messages and the screen issues you are having. You can try the following:

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. You can find troubleshooting instructions here.

The restart should also help with the screen issues.

I did the restart and deleted all my Bluetooth connections but it’s still the same. I’m not able to scroll through the options on the screen either.
