Is there a way to use the clip with Inspire 2. I have a metal allergy and the band has cheap base metal on it. Keep in mind I have wasted time and money buying 2 other Fitbit products that never recharged. I spent 45 minutes with customer support 3 years ago. I never received a replacement product as promised. I bought a second Fitbit product, and that one did not recharge. Now I buy the Inspire 2, and it is not made to go with the clip. It is too late to return. Is there a hack to fix my problem? I only bought a Fitbit product, because it is the only thing that syncs with my workplace fitness tracking program. I get money for health care expenses, but only if I can sync my steps with the program. Is there any help for me?

Hi @rdy2getfit the Inspire 2 can be used with the optional clip. Click to see the Inspire 2 clip in the Fitbit.com store. The user manual shows you how to set the device to know it's on a clip and not on the wrist.

I have a metal allergy, an Ispire HR not an Ispire 2 as previously posted, and an Inspire 2 clip. The Inspire HR fits in the Inspire 2 clip. It is too late for a refund.

Oh, then you'd want to look for a third party clip. A few people on the forums found pouches with clips on Amazon (zippo lighter ones look nice) and some found them on Etsy (for a fancier homemade version), so there are options out there. Your post was moved to the Inspire-Inspire HR forum area, too.
