Missed my device and data after I Iogging in

I have been using a flex 2 for several years. Day before yesterday, I added a new fitbit inspire HR successfully, and used it for as the way it should be. In my cell phone account I saw both flex 2 and fitbit inspire HR, it was syncked properly, and I was happy seeing my steps, calories, sleep hours etc. Yesterday I inadvertently logged out from my account, and  last night when  I logged in again I didn't see my listed devices, nor did I find my steps features, and I missed all my previous information.

My question is: how can I get back to my previous state or normality.

Please help me to resolve the problem. Thank you in advance.

It sounds like you logged back in using a different email/account from the one you had been using.  Do you remember having created different accounts?

Your data, and devices, should still be in the Fitbit database under the email/account you were using before you logged out.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Thank you, yes I saw my another email address when I was about to log in,
and after that I changed to this one, thought it would be perhaps the
right one.
Should I try with the different one? But then I might get password problem
if i forget it. But I will try with the another one shortly..

Tank you

Dear JohnnyRow,

Thank you do much. Yes you are absolutely right👍. I logged in to a unused old account. Now I have managed to log in to the right account, and got back almost all my info/data (except the steps record of day before yesterday, in stead it shows calory. But it does not matter at all.) Now I have returned to my normal format.

Thank you very much for your perfect diagnosis and prompt reply 👍🖖

The calories you see on the day you didn't get steps would be your BMR (basal metabolic rate) calories that you are always burning by being alive.  Fitbit always credits these, even when not wearing tracker (or syncing with wrong account).

Dear JohnnyRow, many thanks for this new information, BMR. I didn't know
that it is called "basal metabolic rate". It is quite helpful.
Thanks again for this new info. Take care 👍🦉🍁
